Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sport Safety Academy platform and websites operated at sportsmedcampus.com and its subdomains (the “Service”) by Rehberg Innovations, LLC d/b/a Sports Medicine Digital (“Sports Medicine Digital,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
The Service is a learning platform that lets organizations publish courses, enroll learners, issue certificates, process payments, and schedule live sessions, including through integrations such as Zoom and Stripe.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Administrators are responsible for the accounts and content within their organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other organizations or users, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Zoom (for scheduling live sessions) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. When you connect a Zoom account, you authorize us to schedule and read back meetings you create through the Service, using only the permissions you grant. You may disconnect at any time.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content, excluding content you or your organization provide, are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to host and deliver it as part of the Service.
Payments
Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. Fees, refunds, and related terms are as described at the point of purchase. Certificates and credentials earned are retained as durable records.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Medicine Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
